He got lucky, he didn't get into a ton of trouble over leaving the set with his spider-man costume on. That is a serious breach of contract, no joke. These movies are well-kept secrets until announced, including cast, costumes, etc. Hard to fire him b/c he's the main star, but is definitely a fireable offense. -
